    Pneumatic Crawler Drilling Rig for Open Cast Mining and Quarry, Exporter From India

Pneumatic Crawler Rig, a powerful and high production crawler drill rig, Single Man operative, which is designed for blast-hole production drilling in Quarries, Open Cast Mines and Construction work.

The above crawler rig is specially design to work on Top Hammer and the Down-the-Hole hammer drilling method and can be easily converted with the conversion kit to change the drilling method from down-the-hole to top hammer and vice versa.

 
TH version (Top Hammer)
The TH version is equipped with the robust Pneumatic Top Hammer with rifle bar rotation model VK-12 Pneumatic Drifter, well known for its simplicity and reliability. Suitable for hole sizes from 48 – 76 mm and depth upto 20 – 40 Meters.
 
DTH version (Down-the-hole Hammer)
The DTH Version is fitted with powerful piston type rotation motor, Type BBR-4, suitable for Pneumatic 3” and 4” DTH Hammers. Offering a wide selection of drill hole sizes from 85 to 130 mm, and depth upto 40 Meters, which is ideal for bench drilling, anchor drilling, grout hole drilling, etc.
 
Salient Features
The crawler rig is designed with the operator in mind, allowing the operator to see clearly and have
access to all main components of the rig.
The two independent hydraulic traction motors result in gentle operations for rig setup and provide
higher traction force for easy negotiation.
The ground clearance of 300 mm and hydraulic track oscillation of 15° helps the Crawler Rig to
negotiate on most uneven ground conditions.
The de-clutching mechanism is hydraulically operated and disengages the brake in the traction gear
for the crawler to be easily towed with another vehicle. The brake is automatically applied when the
crawler rig is not in operation.
All the controls for moving the positioning are located together on a swing arm for operator
convenience and safety, folding operator foot rest, individual check valve mounted on every jack for
safety purpose
The compact design enables you to carry the rig on a truck over long distance between work sites.
